As an organizational and strategic wizard for systems and teams, I revel in bringing clarity to muddy systems, creating systems where none exist, working with your team to break down big objectives into actionable strategies and roles, and facilitating team stability and support. 

As a founder wearing endless hats, it can be hard to find the bandwidth to frequently nurture each member of your team. I serve as a trusted bridge between you and your staff, helping to build and sustain teams, and creating an environment in which they feel heard and supported. I’ve also hired team members for clients, and I bring a skilled and strategic mind to that process. As a special projects savant, I thrive in the world of “figure it out.” I’ve organized, planned and led 20 luxury retreats across three continents (with spectacular results), created and facilitated countless online gatherings, and orchestrated the opening of several brick-and-mortar businesses, including managing design decisions and build-out. I’ve administered multi-million dollar budgets, overseen contractors and vendors, and set schedules. I make things happen.
